Wear something loose but not too loose (you don't want to disappear under your t-shirt during downward facing dog). Leggings or tracksuit bottoms with a comfortable t-shirt or vest top should be fine.
Socks off please, especially during the main asana practice. You'll enjoy it more, I promise.
Yoga increases flexibility! If you are a bit stiff or not at all bendy practices yoga asana (postures) will increase your range of movement. I use props and variations to modify practices to suit every body.
Come in, sit or lay down and I will take you through a centering and breathing excercise, move onto postures and then finish up with a 15 minute relaxation.
I also try to incorporate some guided meditation into classes, usually between postures and relaxation.
I carry a supply of mats, blankets, blocks and belts with me. If you want to bring your own feel free! It means there are more to go around.
Don't panic! If you're only a little late just turn up, come in quietly, grab a mat and join in.
If you're going to miss most of the warm up it may be better to skip this one.
Just ask if you have any other queries
